Privacy Policy

OMNIX processes account, organization, usage, and subtitle-processing data to provide the subscribed product. Platform operators do not have normal access to tenant conversations, tool results, or customer business records.
Categories of data
- Account data: name, email, organization membership, authentication records.
- Uploaded subtitle or source files you submit for processing.
- Generated subtitle assets (SRT, VTT, transcripts).
- Processing metadata such as job status, language, matching evidence, and quality results.
- Provider usage and cost telemetry needed to operate quotas and the Launch Trial.
- Audit and legal confirmation records (terms, privacy notice, rights declarations, Stremio acknowledgements).
Retention
Retention distinguishes account data, uploaded sources, generated assets, processing metadata, provider telemetry, and legal confirmation records. Default operational retention for subtitle files follows the configured retention policy. Legal confirmation records are kept for the configured audit period. You may delete individual subtitle jobs and generated assets from OMNIX Subtitles where operationally permitted.
Subprocessors
Configured transcription or translation providers process subtitle or media content only as needed to perform the requested job. Provider credentials are stored as configuration secrets, not in application source. OMNIX does not sell personal data.
